ODD NOIR is a rules light tabletop roleplaying game of 1920s to 1940s occult detective pulp.

WHAT IS THIS GAME?

Built on a streamlined d20 engine inspired by Mark of the Odd and Liminal Horror, ODD NOIR blends rules light mechanics with heroic, high stakes pulp action. Whether you are solving brutal crimes, dodging corrupt coppers, or stopping apocalyptic rituals before the celestial clock runs out, your characters have the grit to fight back.

SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS

• Fast Core Engine: Simple d20 resolution using four core stats: Vigor, Reflex, Will, and Odd.
• Favor and Burden: Two dice advantage and disadvantage system 
• 8 Pulp Careers: Play as an Investigator, Mercenary, and more!
• 8 Supernatural Heritages: Define your lineage as Mortals, Devils, Sanguines (Vampires) and more!
• Volatile Magic System: Cast spells using a Spell Focus by spending Will points. But keep an eye on your mind, draining your Will score to zero causes a mental breakdown.
• 1920s to 1940s Catalog: Includes a complete period equipment list featuring weapons, armor, explosives, alchemy, and occult curios.
